On November 1st Microsoft announced a new pricing model for Dynamics CRM, part of a sweeping change to all Dynamics licensing as they integrate their Dynamics product line more tightly with Azure and Office 365. Along with the pricing changes will come new product features and updates to the way we all think about CRM.

Q: Is this relevant to me? If you own or are considering a Dynamics CRM product today, you will want to know about these changes. Regardless of the number of seats or how you deploy and use CRM these changes will affect you. And unless you’d prefer to be surprised, we can help you plan for those changes.

Q: What do I need to know? New pricing is now in effect, and will be relevant for any new users, features or renewals of MS CRM. All current clients will need to transition to the new pricing model, but since the model is new, not every organization will transition in the same way.

Q: What do I need to do? Reach out to one of our team members here for a full explanation of how the new model works and will affect your organization. We will prepare a customized plan for you, along with a timeline for you to move forward.

Q: When do I need to do this? Sooner is better. Ideally, we could meet before the end of the year to discuss your options.

Microsoft continues to release details on the new rollout, so feel free to contact us for details.
